"Failed to Copy File" When upgrading the Lonsdor K518 Pro
When upgrading the Lonsdor K518 Pro device, you encounter a "Failed to Copy File" error, which usually refers to a file copying failure during firmware or software upgrade.
This problem may be caused by various reasons. Here are some steps and suggestions for solving it:
Check storage space:
Ensure that your device has sufficient storage space to store new firmware files. If the storage space is insufficient, clean up some unnecessary files or programs before attempting to upgrade.
Use the correct firmware version:
Ensure that the firmware version you download matches exactly with your device model. Mismatched firmware versions may cause upgrade failures.
Stable network connection:
If your firmware is downloaded from the network, make sure your network connection is stable. An unstable network connection may result in incomplete file downloads, leading to replication failures.
Download firmware again:
Try downloading the firmware file again. Sometimes files may be damaged or incomplete during the download process, and re downloading can solve this problem.
Additionally, it is possible that this is a kernel upgrade failure.
There is no need to upgrade the kernel. If there is a problem, the Lonsdor Tech will send the kernel upgrade file, and you need to use manual files to do it.

1.Select “One click update” on the main menu
